At A&S Concierge & Consulting, we understand the trucking industry because we've lived it.

Our founder comes from a trucking family and has spent nearly four decades behind the wheel, navigating the challenges, sacrifices, and rewards that come with life on the road. Long before trucking became a common career change, most drivers entered the industry through family traditions, mentorship, and years of hands-on learning.

Today's industry looks very different.

Many new drivers can earn a CDL and begin driving across the country after only a few weeks of training. While earning a license may be easier than ever, learning how to successfully build a life and career around trucking remains a challenge that many drivers face alone.

Driving a truck is more than operating equipment. It requires trip planning, time management, regulatory compliance, personal wellness, financial responsibility, and maintaining relationships with family while spending days or weeks away from home.

These are lessons that aren't always taught in a classroom.
